Making a copy for a new user:
Menu/File/Make a Copy
now, using the newly created copy:
Change the name of the file
Tools/Script Editor/click the clock
Add and then Save a new Trigger as follows:
(be sure to click Save)
Delete columns with any personal data in the newly created sheets.
Delete personal data in Controls tab.
Share with the new user.
disable new user from making copies, etc
